About SCRUBS Clothing
What is SCRUBS Clothing?
- SCRUBS Clothing is a British medical scrubs brand founded in 2026 that sells premium four-way stretch scrubs direct to healthcare workers in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The range is 23 pieces for women and men in 7 colours and sizes XXS to 4XL, priced from £50 for an underscrub to £126 for a coat, delivered duty-paid with free size swaps. Verified healthcare workers pay 15% less on every order.
How is SCRUBS Clothing different from FIGS?
- SCRUBS Clothing tops cost £40 against £48 for FIGS in the UK, and trousers £48 against £54 to £58, with the same four-way stretch fabric weight and a comparable 24-colour range. SCRUBS Clothing offers free size swaps in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, where FIGS offers no exchanges outside the United States. Both brands include duties in the price. SCRUBS Clothing is designed and fit-tested in the UK on working clinicians.
Sizing and fit
What sizes do SCRUBS Clothing scrubs come in?
- Every SCRUBS Clothing style comes in nine sizes from XXS to 4XL, in every colour. Trousers also come in three lengths: Petite with a 71 cm inseam, Regular at 78 cm and Tall at 85 cm. Tops and trousers run true to size; the Rounds oversized top is cut deliberately relaxed, so size down for a closer fit. Our size guide is measured in centimetres over underwear. If the size is wrong, swap it free in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
How do I choose between Petite, Regular and Tall scrub trousers?
- Choose by inseam, not height. Petite is a 71 cm inseam and suits most people under 163 cm; Regular is 78 cm and suits 163 to 175 cm; Tall is 85 cm for over 175 cm. Joggers are cut to sit at the ankle bone, while straight and wide legs are cut to the top of the shoe. Measure a trouser you already like from the crotch seam to the hem and match the nearest inseam.
Do SCRUBS Clothing scrubs run true to size?
- Yes. The Handover, Early and Layer tops, and the Nightshift, Longday, Cargo and Double trousers all run true to size against our centimetre size chart. The Rounds top is an oversized style and is intended to fit a size larger than your usual, so size down if you prefer it closer. We publish a return rate target of 10% and a free size swap so that a wrong first guess costs you nothing.
Swaps, returns and delivery
How do free size swaps work at SCRUBS Clothing?
- Every parcel to the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada includes a prepaid swap label. Choose the new size online, drop the parcel at the post office, and we dispatch the replacement the moment the label is scanned, before your return reaches us. Swaps are free with no limit on the number of swaps per order. Embroidered and personalised items are final sale and cannot be swapped or returned.
What is the SCRUBS Clothing returns policy?
- You can return any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the item reaching us. Returns are free in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada; elsewhere the return postage is at your cost. Embroidered and personalised items are made to order and are final sale.
Does SCRUBS Clothing charge import duties or customs fees?
- No. Every price is shown in your local currency with duties and taxes included, and SCRUBS Clothing pays any import duty before delivery. You will never receive a courier invoice at the door. UK standard delivery is free on orders over £60 and £3.95 below; Australia, New Zealand and Canada are free over £120 and £9.95 below; everywhere else is a flat £14.95, duty paid.
Discounts
Do healthcare workers get a discount at SCRUBS Clothing?
- Yes. Verified healthcare workers get 15% off every order, permanently. Verify once with a professional registration number (NMC, GMC, GDC, RCVS or HCPC) or a work email address, and a personal code is issued that works on everything, including limited colours and embroidery. The discount does not stack with the student code or Black Friday because 15% is already the price. Nurses, HCAs, doctors, dentists, dental nurses, vets, vet nurses, aesthetics practitioners and care staff all qualify.
Is there a student discount on SCRUBS Clothing scrubs?
- Yes. Students in nursing, medicine, dentistry, veterinary science, midwifery, paramedic science and allied health get 20% off every order for the length of their course. Verify once with a university email or student ID. When you qualify, the code converts automatically to the permanent 15% healthcare discount. The student discount applies to every style, colour and size, including embroidery.
Does SCRUBS Clothing have sales?
- Once a year. SCRUBS Clothing runs one sitewide event over Black Friday weekend with up to 30% off, and no other sales. The one exception is the launch: until 31 January 2027 the code 3FOR2 gives you three for two on anything in the range, with the cheapest of each three free and no minimum spend. The price is otherwise the price: new customers get 15% off a first order for signing up, verified healthcare workers 15% off permanently, students 20%, and anyone can refer a colleague for 20% off their first order plus £15 credit. Discounts do not stack.
Subscribe & Save
How does SCRUBS Clothing Subscribe & Save work?
- Subscribe & Save delivers a set, one top and one trouser in one colour, in your sizes and length, every month, every three months or every six months, at 15% off the list price of every item in it. A Handover top and Nightshift jogger, £88 one-time, cost £74.80 a delivery on subscription. Outerwear and the Layer underscrub can be added as extras at the same 15% off. The first set ships within one working day; the next ships on the cadence you chose, with an email three days before each dispatch. Build a set at scrubsclothing.co.uk/subscribe or choose Subscribe on any product page.
Can I skip, pause, change or cancel a SCRUBS Clothing subscription?
- Yes, all of them, from your account, at any time, with no minimum term and no fee. You can skip a single delivery, pause the whole subscription, swap the colour, change a size or a trouser length, change the cadence, or cancel. A change made before the dispatch email applies to the next set. Free size swaps apply to every delivery, not just the first: the prepaid label is in each parcel, and changing the size in your account fixes the following set. Cancel before the next dispatch and nothing further is charged.
Does the subscription discount stack with the healthcare or student discount?
- No. The subscription 15%, the healthcare 15% and the student 20% do not combine. The bag applies whichever is greater and says which one it has used. A verified healthcare worker pays 15% off a subscription, the same as their permanent rate, with the convenience of the set arriving on schedule. A verified student pays 20% off, because 20% is greater than 15%, not 35%. The subscription discount does apply to limited colours and to the extras; embroidery is charged at £8 a piece and is final sale.
Fabric and care
What fabric are SCRUBS Clothing scrubs made from?
- SCRUBS Clothing scrubs are made from a 195 gsm four-way stretch blend of 72% polyester, 21% rayon and 7% spandex. The fabric is anti-wrinkle, washes at 60°C, and is tested to two hundred washes without visible colour loss. It is a workwear fabric, not PPE: we make no antimicrobial or barrier claims, and the garments should not be relied on for fluid protection.
How should I wash SCRUBS Clothing scrubs?
- Machine wash at 60°C with similar colours. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, which coats stretch fibres. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry; the fabric is anti-wrinkle and rarely needs ironing. If you do iron, use a low setting and avoid the embroidery. Washing at 60°C meets most UK healthcare uniform laundering guidance for non-sterile clinical areas.
Teams and embroidery
Does SCRUBS Clothing supply scrubs to teams, practices and wards?
- Yes. Team pricing starts at ten pieces in any mix of styles and sizes in one colour. From 25 pieces, embroidery of a name, role or logo is included and the size run is sorted and labelled by person. From 250 pieces we offer custom colour matching, scheduled replenishment and invoice terms for NHS trusts, dental groups, veterinary chains and care providers. Core colours ship within 5 working days.
Can I add a name or logo to SCRUBS Clothing scrubs?
- Yes. Embroidery is available on every style for £8 per garment, in tonal thread under the chest pocket on tops or at the hip on trousers. Up to 18 characters of text, such as a name, role and ward, or an uploaded logo in AI, EPS or PNG format for team orders. Embroidered garments add up to five working days to dispatch and are final sale.
Creators programme
How does the SCRUBS Clothing Creators programme work?
- Healthcare workers and students who post on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube apply at scrubsclothing.co.uk/creators. Accepted creators receive a free kit: a top and a trouser in their colour, size and length, plus a second top, worth around £130. In return they post at least two videos within 30 days of the parcel arriving, on their own account and in their own voice. SCRUBS Clothing then puts advertising spend behind the videos that perform, and the creator earns 7% of every pound spent on their videos, paid monthly for as long as the ads run. There is no follower minimum; the programme is open in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
How much do SCRUBS Clothing creators earn?
- Creators earn 7% of the paid advertising spend SCRUBS Clothing puts behind their videos. If £5,000 is spent promoting a creator's video in a month, the creator is paid £350; at £15,000 it is £1,050. The percentage is fixed and the spend is reported in the creator dashboard. Payouts are made by bank transfer 14 days after the end of each month, with a £25 minimum balance. The kit itself is free and is not deducted from earnings. Creators also get a personal code that gives their followers 10% off a first order, with no cap on uses.
What are the rules for SCRUBS Clothing creator videos?
- Videos must be the creator's own, filmed in the kit supplied, and posted on the creator's own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account with an #ad or paid-partnership label where required by the ASA, ACCC or the relevant local regulator. No script is provided and negative points are allowed. By joining, creators license SCRUBS Clothing to run their videos as paid ads for 12 months from posting, with credit. Patients, clinical areas and anything identifying a workplace must not appear; most creators film at home, in a locker room or outside the hospital. Creators must be qualified or studying healthcare workers.
Reviews, Trustpilot and referrals
Are SCRUBS Clothing reviews from real customers?
- Yes. Every review on scrubsclothing.co.uk is from a verified order: we email once, fourteen days after delivery, and only people who bought the item can leave one. Reviews are published whether they are one star or five, and we do not edit them; the only thing we remove is a patient, a workplace or a phone number. Each review shows the reviewer's role, size, height and whether the item ran small, true to size or large, so you can find someone built like you. Photos are optional and are the reviewer's own.
Is SCRUBS Clothing on Trustpilot?
- Yes. Our Trustpilot profile is at uk.trustpilot.com/review/scrubsclothing.co.uk. Trustpilot reviews are collected independently of our own site reviews; we do not pay for, filter or remove them, and we reply to every one, good or bad, within two working days. If the figure on our site and the figure on Trustpilot differ, that is because they are two separate sets of reviews, and Trustpilot's is the one we do not control.
How does the SCRUBS Clothing refer-a-colleague scheme work?
- Share your personal link with a colleague. They get 20% off their first order, and you get £15 of credit once their order has shipped and the 30-day return window has closed. The credit is applied to your account and used at checkout; there is no cap on how many colleagues you refer. The 20% does not stack with the healthcare 15% or the student 20%: whichever is greater applies. Posting the link publicly as a discount code is not a referral and the credit is not paid. Until accounts launch, request your link from the Refer a colleague block on the healthcare page and we send it by email.
Still unsure on size?
Order two, keep one. The swap is free and the second goes back in the same bag.
