Goes over the top, under the jacket, and the hood has no drawcord to catch on anything. Warm enough for the walk to the car in January. The zip is the same tonal one as the trousers.
- Verified buyer
Thumb loops, a proper fitted cut, and Ward Blue that matches what the ward wants. It is a compression fit so I went up a size and it is right. Three placements in and no pilling.
- Verified buyer
I carry a lot. Phone, two pens, tourniquet, keys, the bleep. The cargo pockets sit flat even full, which the last pair never managed. Navy matches the Early top exactly.
- Verified buyer
Crew neck stays hidden under the V. Thumbholes are a small thing that matters at 6am. Does not bunch at the shoulder under a top.
- Verified buyer
The mock neck is the point. Nothing to pull about when you lean over. The zip sits flat, the hip pockets hold a pen and a swab count card, and it has survived the theatre laundry twice a week.
- Verified buyer
Twelve and a half hours on my feet and it has not moved. The Tall length is actually tall. I am 178 cm and they sit at the ankle properly, not halfway up my shin.
- Verified buyer
Micro-fleece, a chest pocket that zips, thumbholes. Exactly warm enough for a cold corridor without being hot on the ward. Four stars because I would wear it in Ward Blue if it came in it.
- Verified buyer
Washed at 60° twice a week since July and the navy has not faded or bobbled. The V sits right so you are not fiddling with it under a lanyard. Pocket actually holds a phone.
- Verified buyer
Cropped just above the ankle, so no cuff dragging through the gym floor. Slim through the thigh without being tight when I crouch. Four stars because I would like a zipped pocket on this one too.
- Verified buyer
Thumbholes, two zip pockets, collar that stands up. Matches the Night Navy trousers exactly, which the last brand I tried could not manage.
- Verified buyer
Ordered an L, needed an M. Printed the label, dropped it at the post office on my way in, the M arrived two days later. Four stars only because I wish the chest pocket was a touch deeper.
- Verified buyer
High rise, wide leg, and it does not look like pyjamas. The welt pocket at the back takes a phone. It drapes rather than hangs, which is the thing I wanted and could not find anywhere else.
- Verified buyer
Embroidery included at 25 pieces, size run sorted by name, one invoice. Took one email. The team actually wear them home.
- Verified buyer
It is cut oversized and the page says so. I went down to an XS and it sits exactly where the photos show. Three pockets is the right number. Four stars because Lilac sold out before my second order.
- Verified buyer
Phone, pen torch, keys, and nothing shows through. The zipped pocket is the detail nobody else does. Tapered without being skinny.
- Verified buyer
Notched lapel and a back vent, so it moves when I sit. Three pockets that take a stethoscope, a phone and a pen without dragging the front down. Chalk washes at 60° and still looks like Chalk.
- Verified buyer
The issued ones go square after a month. These hold their shape. I bought the Chalk and it is not see-through, which I did not believe until it arrived.
- Verified buyer
Soft inside, no itch, washes well. Would like it in Theatre Green too.
- Verified buyer
I am 157 cm and have never had scrub trousers that did not need hemming. These fit out of the bag. Lost a star because Dawn sold out before I could get a second pair.
- Verified buyer
Fabric and fit are better than the clinic-issued set. The pen slot takes a biro but not the fat marker I use for lab slips. Sage is a nice colour in daylight and slightly greyer under the surgery lights.

How swaps work

The range
Twenty-three pieces. One set of rules.
V-necks cut to the same depth. Bonded pockets squared off the same way. Contour seams, rib panels and a reflective pinstripe on everything. Named for the shift, not for a place we’ve never been.

What is SCRUBS Clothing?
- SCRUBS Clothing is a British medical scrubs brand founded in 2026 that sells premium four-way stretch scrubs direct to healthcare workers in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The range is 23 pieces for women and men in 24 colours and sizes XXS to 4XL, priced from £50 for an underscrub to £126 for a coat, delivered duty-paid with free size swaps. Verified healthcare workers pay 15% less on every order.
How is SCRUBS Clothing different from FIGS?
- SCRUBS Clothing tops cost £40 against £48 for FIGS in the UK, and trousers £48 against £54 to £58, with the same four-way stretch fabric weight and a comparable 24-colour range. SCRUBS Clothing offers free size swaps in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, where FIGS offers no exchanges outside the United States. Both brands include duties in the price. SCRUBS Clothing is designed and fit-tested in the UK on working clinicians.
What sizes do SCRUBS Clothing scrubs come in?
- Every SCRUBS Clothing style comes in nine sizes from XXS to 4XL, in every colour. Trousers also come in three lengths: Petite with a 71 cm inseam, Regular at 78 cm and Tall at 85 cm. Tops and trousers run true to size; the Rounds oversized top is cut deliberately relaxed, so size down for a closer fit. Our size guide is measured in centimetres over underwear. If the size is wrong, swap it free in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
How do free size swaps work at SCRUBS Clothing?
- Every parcel to the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada includes a prepaid swap label. Choose the new size online, drop the parcel at the post office, and we dispatch the replacement the moment the label is scanned, before your return reaches us. Swaps are free with no limit on the number of swaps per order. Embroidered and personalised items are final sale and cannot be swapped or returned.
Do healthcare workers get a discount at SCRUBS Clothing?
- Yes. Verified healthcare workers get 15% off every order, permanently. Verify once with a professional registration number (NMC, GMC, GDC, RCVS or HCPC) or a work email address, and a personal code is issued that works on everything, including limited colours and embroidery. The discount does not stack with the student code or Black Friday because 15% is already the price. Nurses, HCAs, doctors, dentists, dental nurses, vets, vet nurses, aesthetics practitioners and care staff all qualify.
