Earn
We pick the videos that work and put advertising spend behind them. You earn 7% of every pound we spend on your videos, paid monthly, for as long as they run.
What it pays
7% of every pound.
Not a percentage of sales you have to chase. A percentage of what we spend. When a video of yours works, we spend more behind it, and your share goes up with it. The spend is reported in your dashboard; the rate never changes.
- Rate
- 7% of ad spend

- Monthly, 14 days after month end
- Minimum payout

Illustrative. Spend depends on how a video performs; some run for a week, some for a year. Earnings are paid on actual spend, in arrears.

Videos that work
Honest beats polished.
The videos we spend the most behind are filmed on a phone, in one take, by someone who has just done a shift. These six formats are where most of the spend goes.
- 01
Get ready with me
The 6am version. Kit on, lanyard on, out the door. Show the pockets.
- 02
The twelve-hour test
Film the waistband at hour one and hour eleven. Honest, not staged.
- 03
Colour haul
Every colour you own, back to back, in daylight. Name the colours.
- 04
The swap
Order the wrong size on purpose. Show the prepaid label and how fast the right one lands.
- 05
Pocket inventory
Everything you carry on a shift, going into the pockets, one by one.
- 06
Wash day
Two hundred washes later. Put the old top next to the new one.

Questions creators ask first.
How does the SCRUBS Clothing Creators programme work?
- Healthcare workers and students who post on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube apply at scrubsclothing.co.uk/creators. Accepted creators receive a free kit: a top and a trouser in their colour, size and length, plus a second top, worth around £130. In return they post at least two videos within 30 days of the parcel arriving, on their own account and in their own voice. SCRUBS Clothing then puts advertising spend behind the videos that perform, and the creator earns 7% of every pound spent on their videos, paid monthly for as long as the ads run. There is no follower minimum; the programme is open in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
How much do SCRUBS Clothing creators earn?
- Creators earn 7% of the paid advertising spend SCRUBS Clothing puts behind their videos. If £5,000 is spent promoting a creator's video in a month, the creator is paid £350; at £15,000 it is £1,050. The percentage is fixed and the spend is reported in the creator dashboard. Payouts are made by bank transfer 14 days after the end of each month, with a £25 minimum balance. The kit itself is free and is not deducted from earnings. Creators also get a personal code that gives their followers 10% off a first order, with no cap on uses.
What are the rules for SCRUBS Clothing creator videos?
- Videos must be the creator's own, filmed in the kit supplied, and posted on the creator's own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account with an #ad or paid-partnership label where required by the ASA, ACCC or the relevant local regulator. No script is provided and negative points are allowed. By joining, creators license SCRUBS Clothing to run their videos as paid ads for 12 months from posting, with credit. Patients, clinical areas and anything identifying a workplace must not appear; most creators film at home, in a locker room or outside the hospital. Creators must be qualified or studying healthcare workers.
